If we didn't list beer and our dedication to it first you'd have said 'füc these people' and had a 'gansett instead. Every manifesto worth its salt starts with beer, and this is a salty manifesto. So beer.
Don't read too much into this, we are just too lazy to source our ingredients from the orient or even Ohio. We brew with what we forage for, except for when we don't. Yours was probably local though.
To be honest, we've spent millions of dollars in R&D to see if we could tell if you were the kind of person that did not use their signal, just by analyzing your face. Because no beer for those jackasses. Use the signal already.
You're damned right we put it on here again, I almost made this manifesto list 6 items long and added it 2 more times. Because GD beer.
Started by in Richmond, Virginia by two dear friends that shared a love of beer, an epic thirst, and one big, stüpid idea.
Fox ünd Crow is unlike other brewery operations you may have encountered, Ren and Futch have no aspirations to go national or sell to Big Beer™, this is beer made to be enjoyed close enough to the James River that you might catch it's light, heady scent on a hot August night. (James? Is that you I smell?)
Is a speakeasy brewery a thing? It is in RVA. Our taproom location is not published and we run a lottery to let a handful of people in on our location each month. Wait. Why?!? Because we are jerks? Because we think scarcity will make the value of our beer more valuable per ounce than inkjet printer ink? No. It's because we only make small amounts to share with friends, family and the greatest city in the world, Richmond Virginia. However, we don't have enough beer for all 3 groups, so we have to limit this somehow.
I mean, it's just beer, people need to calm the hell down around here. It's good beer though... A. Milhouse - @oilmagnate
I like the ones with the dirty names best. John A. Adams - @bauhausfoundation
They capture the anguish of the Bloomsbury movement in every pint. So sublime. Jane Lariken - @overqualifiedprof
Drink all you want Terry, they just make more! Jack Tromso - @real_rvacitycouncil
Craft beer is part of RVÄ's DNA, we really believe that. The beer that this town makes stands at the top of what the world is brewing and was achieved by greater brewers than us here in town that stuck to their guns and took risks. We at FüC stand on the shoulders of giants and every beer we make and pour is an hommage to our hometown heroes.

Like many of life's greatest treasures, there is but a limited amount of our carefully crafted beer and we are, by choice, not a large operation. Hell, we're barely a small operation. As a result, we offer a lottery where we choose a handful of Richmonders each month and let them know where we are at, along with the secret to getting in. Crude, a little douchebaggy, but so far effective in letting us scale gently, retain our sanity, and make beer we freaking love to drink and share. So throw your name into the hat, tell us why you love RVA, the greatest city on Earth, and maybe Futch's surly black talon will pull your name out of the hat and we can share a pint and talk about Nutsy or Havoc.
